1. Philips has appealed.  Are you certain I can make a claim?

Philips' appeal only concerns the level of the fine; they are not disputing the fact that illegal price-fixing agreements were indeed made. Regardless of the appeal, we are confident that the producers acted illegally, and retributions of some form will be required.

2. When will the claims be paid out?

We can only start submitting claims once the appeal against the level of the fine has been completed, and the decision of the European Commission has become irreversible. As yet, we cannot indicate precisely when this will be, but we’ll keep you informed via our website and newsletters.
