1. How do I log in to TVclaim.com?

At the top of the screen you will find the tab My file. Enter your email address and password and click 'log in'.

2. How can I correct mistakes I made while registering?

Go to My file. Enter your e-mail address and password to log in to your digital file where you can review and edit your details.

3. I don't have a password yet.

You have not registered. Click on Register for free. After your details have been processed, you can choose a password.

4. I have no email address. Can I still register with TV Claim?

No, an email address is required. If you don't have your own email address, you could consider creating an email account or use an email address of a friend or family member. You can create a free email account on the internet, for example on www.hotmail.com or www.gmail.com.

5. I have not received a verification email. What should I do?

There could be a number of reasons for this:

  • You made a typing error in your email address when registering. Please re-register.
  • The verification email has gone to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder.
  • You have deleted the verification email by accident. Please re-register. You will then receive a notification that your email address is known to us. Select re-send verification email.

6. The link in the verification email doesn't work. What should I do?

Your browser settings may prevent the link from working. You can resolve this by copying the link and pasting it into your browser's address bar.

7. How do I know if my registration has been successful?

Registration includes the following steps:

  1. Registration on the website; you will receive a verification email within a few minutes
  2. Click on the link in the verification email and choose a password
  3. You will now be able to access your digital file where you can register the details of your claim. This completes your registration.
  4. If you wish to access or change your details at a later time then you should log in again.
