1. Register with TV Claim
Submitting a claim as an individual can be expensive and complicated. By registering with TV Claim, you don’t need to worry about the expense and complications of making a claim. As Philips is appealing against the fine imposed, we are unable to tell you exactly when the claim will be completed, but we’ll keep you informed about its progress via our website and newsletters.

2. Start collecting your evidence
You need to be able to demonstrate that you purchased your colour television or computer screen in the period that the cartel existed (1996-2006). You should start collecting evidence now to support your claim, such as proof of purchase and/or payment, although you don't need to send this evidence to us just yet.
